Oman Luxury is an independent perfume house founded in 2012 and based in Muscat. It also produces at home. The house runs its own facility in Rusayl, an industrial estate outside the capital, a detail most Arabian-themed labels cannot match.
The range reaches further than a European brand's would. Alongside eau de parfum sprays there are attar oils, scented agarwood chips and Hojari frankincense sold by the kilogram: 85 rials for the royal grade, hand-harvested in Oman. Frankincense country, selling frankincense. It sounds obvious. Almost nobody else actually does it.
Composition goes to European noses. Caden, the house's current calling card, was composed by Maxime Exler and released in 2025. Cardamom and saffron open over smoky cade wood and boozy notes, roasted coffee and suede sit in the heart, and tonka, vanilla and amberwood carry the base. The brand says the name means "companion". On skin it reads as dessert served in a cigar lounge.
It has stopped being a local secret. The house showed at Esxence in Milan in June 2026, the trade fair where niche perfumery does business, and Harvey Nichols now lists Caden in the UK. On the house's own store the bottle sells for 75 Omani rials. The provenance is real, and it is priced like it. Part of what you pay for is the postcode.
