Initio call it a floral amber and say it captures the force of the sun. Bergamot and magnolia open it. Ylang-ylang and roasted tonka beans sit in the heart. Then an overdose of musk and a lot of vanilla settle it, warm and soft on skin. Initio sell it as unisex, in their Hedonist line, and do not name the perfumer.

It echoes the original. Lift Me Up becomes Skylift: the lift stays, and the sky nods to the sun Initio built it around.
Is it the same as High Wave?
No. High Wave, our take on Initio High Frequency, is a creamy white floral: magnolia, jasmine, almond, vanilla and sandalwood. Skylift is sunnier: bergamot, ylang-ylang and magnolia over roasted tonka, vanilla and a lot of musk. Same house, different mood.
What concentration is it?
Initio sell Lift Me Up as an Extrait de Parfum (some UK shops list it as an Eau de Parfum). Skylift is an Extrait de Parfum too, like every scent we make: 35% Extrait.
