Sospiro was founded in 2011 by Sergio Momo as a sister brand to Xerjoff. The house did not chase volume. It chased something more specific: fragrance as an art form, built with Italian craftsmanship and Middle Eastern warmth, composed with the structure of classical music.
From the start, Sospiro made choices that no mass-market house would make. The velvet flacon. The butterfly emblem. The decision to write for two audiences at once. Europe and the Gulf got the same house, the same voice. Oud played its part without overpowering. Warmth mattered. Layers mattered. Nothing was softened or diluted for a single market.
In 2022, the house moved to Dubai and opened on a global stage, but the philosophy never shifted. Italian craft, Gulf materials, one fragrant language. The house remains celebrated for its rich, complex compositions. Sospiro Vibrato, the signature scent, shows this in one bottle: sparkling grapefruit and ginger up top, woody florals underneath, depth without heaviness.
The honest bit is this: Sospiro competes on conviction, not volume. A niche house does not survive thirteen years by copying what sells. It survives by being right about what matters.
Our Vibra (our take on Sospiro Accento) is a UK-made 35% extrait spray, available in 5ml sampler to 50ml bottle. Find more in the Sospiro collection.
